  • $1,000 – Individual or Family Lifetime Membership
  • $2,000 – Organization Lifetime Membership
  • $5,000 – Benefactor Membership

Join Polish-American Cultural Center and you will:

  • Become a member of a vibrant Polish-American community with many friends and supporters
  • Have firsthand information about all the Center’s Polish cultural activities throughout Greater Cleveland
  • Receive “Forum” (free!) – the only newsletter in Cleveland addressing events and issues important to the Polish American community
